Return Policy
By
purchasing our product the buyer fully understands that the product contains
CBD. CBD is not regulated by the FDA and therefore no health benefit claims are
made with these products. If there is a concern we are more than happy to speak
with you. If you feel the need for a refund please contact us and follow the
refund policy.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
1. Must contact us within 7 calendar days from shipping
concerning unopened, untampered, products with original packaging. We reserve
the right to refuse refund to anyone.
2. We will reply with the return shipping address if the
product is suitable for refund. Once the package is shipped a tracking number
must be sent to us.
3. Once the package is received at our facility and inspected we will email our refund confirmation with a 20% restocking fee.
4. We do not have a money back guarantee, and will not take back any open or used products.
5. We will only consider refunds of products purchased directly from Green Dream Valley.

To complete your return, we require an order number. Please
include a print out of your receipt from our store.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank
account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
If a damaged item is received, the issue must
be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for replacement.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: W3704 Pieper Road, Watertown, WI, 53098, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
